Add an appointment yourself

Tap a free slot on the calendar or the “New appointment” button. Enter the client (name plus phone or email), the service, staff member and time. The appointment goes straight into your calendar.

Share your link

Share your link on Instagram, your Google profile or in messages. Clients pick a free slot, service and staff member and leave their details, and the request comes to you to approve.

Everyone sees only their own

On the public page clients see which slots are free, but not other clients' details. Other bookings show only as “busy”, and each client sees the details of their own appointments only.

“My bookings”

After their first request, the client has a “My bookings” view with all their appointments and statuses (pending, confirmed, cancelled). From there they can also cancel an appointment.

Their details are remembered

Once a client leaves their details, the page remembers them on that device and prefills their name, phone and email next time.

Appointments can't be lost

If a client clears their cookies, their appointments stop showing as theirs. Don't worry, they can't be lost; they're still in your calendar, and the client simply won't see them as their own.
