01 Is Hora really free?
Yes. The Free plan is free for one staff member and up to 100 appointments a month, with no contract and no lock-in. You only pay when you need a team or advanced features.
02 How do clients book?
Share your link on Instagram, your Google profile, or anywhere. A client picks a service and time and sends a request, and you approve it in one tap.
03 Do I need my own website?
No. Hora gives you a ready-made booking page with your branding. Just paste the link in your bio or profile.
04 Do I have to approve every booking?
You decide. By default every request arrives as pending and waits for your approval. If that is more work than you want, turn on automatic confirmation and appointments go straight into the calendar, and you can still choose whether that applies to everyone or only to returning clients.
05 How much do SMS messages cost?
Email confirmations and reminders are included. SMS is in preparation and not available yet. When it launches it will be optional, from the Pro plan, and bought as prepaid credit packs, from €10 for 100 messages, down to €0.08 per message in larger packs.
