Frequently asked questions.
Do I have to confirm every request?
No. Turn on auto-accept and requests from clients who already come to you are confirmed on their own, while new clients' requests still wait for you. If you like, you can accept those automatically too.
Can I set a longer set length for one client?
Yes. On her client card you note how long each service takes her. When you book her in, the booking on the calendar is that length straight away.
How does the prep pause between clients work?
For each service you set how many minutes it needs after it. That time stays free for disinfecting and getting ready and nobody can book it, while the client's confirmation shows when her booking ends.
Do my clients need to install an app?
No. Hora runs in the browser: clients book through your link, and you run the calendar on your phone or computer, with nothing to install.
What if a client doesn't show up?
Mark the booking as a no-show. Hora remembers who doesn't turn up, and you can put clients who often miss on a watch list, so their requests always wait for your confirmation.
How much does it cost?
You can start for free: the free plan is for one person and up to 100 bookings a month. WhatsApp and email reminders and length per client are part of Pro, 29 € a month, and the waitlist is part of Premium, 49 € a month. The first month is free. No contract.
