Every treatment with the right therapist

Decide who does permanent makeup and who does facials. On your page, a client can only pick a therapist who does that treatment.

Length per client

For some clients a facial takes an hour and a half, for others two hours. Note it on her client card, and when you book her in, the booking is the right length straight away.

Nobody misses a freed-up time

When someone cancels, Hora offers the time to the next client waiting for it.

You know her skin before the treatment.

Frequently asked questions.

Do I have to confirm every request?

No. Turn on auto-accept and requests from clients who already come to you are confirmed on their own, while new clients' requests still wait for you. If you like, you can accept those automatically too.

Can a client choose her therapist?

Yes. On your page she picks a treatment, a therapist and a free time. If you set who does which treatment, only the therapists who do permanent makeup are offered for it.

How does the pause between treatments work?

For each treatment you set how many minutes it needs after it. That time stays free to get the bed ready and nobody can book it, while the client's confirmation shows when her booking ends.

Do my clients need to install an app?

No. Hora runs in the browser: clients book through your link, and you run the calendar on your phone or computer, with nothing to install.

What if a client doesn't show up?

Mark the booking as a no-show. Hora remembers who doesn't turn up, and you can put clients who often miss on a watch list, so their requests always wait for your confirmation.

How much does it cost?

You can start for free: the free plan is for one person and up to 100 bookings a month. Pro is for salons with up to 3 team members, 29 € a month, with WhatsApp and email reminders. Premium is for up to 5 and adds the waitlist, 49 € a month. The first month is free. No contract.
