Frequently asked questions.

Do I have to confirm every request?

No. Turn on auto-accept and requests from clients who already come to you are confirmed on their own, while new clients' requests still wait for you. If you like, you can accept those automatically too.

Can a client choose their stylist?

Yes. On your page they pick a service, a stylist and a free time. If you set who does which service, only the stylists who do colour are offered for colour.

Can I show a "from" price?

Yes. For services whose price depends on hair length, enter the starting price, and clients see, for example, "from 45 €" on your profile.

Do my clients need to install an app?

No. Hora runs in the browser: clients book through your link, and you run the calendar on your phone or computer, with nothing to install.

What if a client doesn't show up?

Mark the booking as a no-show. Hora remembers who doesn't turn up, and you can put clients who often miss on a watch list, so their requests always wait for your confirmation.

How much does it cost?

You can start for free: the free plan is for one person and up to 100 bookings a month. Pro is for salons with up to 3 team members, 29 € a month, with WhatsApp and email reminders. Premium is for up to 5 and adds the waitlist, 49 € a month. The first month is free. No contract.
