Requests on the calendar
New requests show up on the calendar right away, greyed out and tagged “requested”, so you spot them among the rest of that day’s appointments.
Approve, decline or edit
Tap a request to approve, decline or edit it before confirming. Nothing lands on the calendar as confirmed without you.

Every waiting request is also gathered in the “Requests” tab, with a counter, so you never miss one even when you’re not on the calendar.
Edit any appointment
Tap an appointment to change the service, employee, time or client details. The same form as when you add one, just in edit mode. That is also how you move it to another time.

Status after the appointment
After the appointment, mark whether the client showed up: completed or no-show (cancellations and no-shows lower the trust score). You can also leave a note for yourself, say what you did or what to watch for next time; it stays on the client’s profile across every visit.
