Salon profile and reviews
Your salon’s public page: photos, description, featured services and client ratings.
Your public page
Alongside your booking page you get a salon profile. On it a client sees the cover photo, your name, your rating, today’s opening hours and your address on a map. Open it in settings under “Salon profile” and edit it by clicking the part you want to change.

Cover photo and gallery
Add a cover photo, which sits at the top of the profile, plus a few more for the gallery. Until there is a cover, your palette colours are used. How many gallery photos you get depends on your plan, and the add button disappears once you reach your limit.

Salon description
In two sentences, say what makes your salon special. That text sits under your name and is the first thing a client reads if they do not know you.

Featured services
Pick up to four services to show first. The rest stay bookable, they are just not at the top. If you pick none, the first four on your list are shown.

Prices on the profile
Profile prices are off until you turn them on. It is a separate setting from the one on your booking page, so you can show prices to clients already looking for you and hide them on the profile, or the other way round.

Reviews arrive on their own
After a completed appointment a client can leave a rating, a short comment and tags like “Friendly staff”. The review is published on your profile with a shortened name, for example “Ana K.”, never a full surname or contact details.

Ratings per staff member
The “Reviews” tab shows the salon average, the spread of ratings and an average for each staff member. You do not have to ask clients for anything, the first reviews arrive by themselves.
