How should booking notifications be sent to customers?
Prefer email
Prefer WhatsApp✓
When the customer only provides one contact, that channel is used. The preference only matters when both are available. If a WhatsApp message cannot be delivered, or this month's WhatsApp messages are used up, it goes by email.
