Every client has a trust score. Set how it's calculated and protect yourself from no-shows.

Turn on automatic blocking and set the thresholds: at what score or how many no-shows a client gets blocked, and when they only get a warning (“watch”).

Reward your reliable clients: after enough completed appointments with no no-shows they get a green VIP badge by their name.

What it means in practice
A blocked client can't book online (you can still add them by hand), a watched client shows you a warning before you confirm, and you spot VIPs at a glance. It's all visible on the client's profile too.
