Points per appointment

Decide how many points a completed appointment is worth, and how many a no-show or cancellation takes away. Each client's score then rises and falls on its own.

What it means in practice

A blocked client can't book online (you can still add them by hand), a watched client shows you a warning before you confirm, and you spot VIPs at a glance. It's all visible on the client's profile too.
